Resonance’s regulated fund management subsidiary Resonance Impact investment Limited creates and manages scalable and diversified residential property funds, that provide life changing housing solutions for people facing housing crisis.
These funds currently operate across three tenant groups – homelessness, vulnerable women and people with learning disabilities and autism, and as well as a targeted social impact also aim to deliver a financial return.
The funds work with more than twenty housing partners to provide safe, affordable homes with wraparound support, helping tenants sustain tenancies and rebuild their lives. Since its first property fund launched in 2013, Resonance has helped to provide homes for almost 3,000 individuals and families in over 1,000 properties.
Resonance has £330m+ funds under management with investment having been raised from foundations, trusts, institutions, local authorities and local authority pension funds, as well as high net worth individuals.
With peoples’ homes at the heart of Resonance, the impact labs teams develop solutions to help grow social enterprises and to build and enable community resilience and innovate social impact.
