Bevis Ingram is senior adviser (finance) with the Local Government Association (LGA), working on all aspects of policy related to local government finance, including leading on work on capital and investments. He started working in local government finance more than 35 years ago and since then has worked for a number of councils as well as the LGA. He was a member of CIPFA’s Treasury Management Panel for several years and is now a member of its successor body the CIPFA Governance and Assurance Forum.
