Adi is a Principal at ICG, based in London. Adi is a member of the ICG Strategic Equity team, which focuses exclusively on GP-led transactions.
Prior to joining ICG in 2019, Adi was at Bain Capital in New York, focusing on direct private equity transactions. Before that, he worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in Sydney and New York.
Adi holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Distinction and University Medal) and a Bachelor of Laws (1st Class Hons.) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
