Christian leads Heim Global Investor’s growth into the UK market, as well as leading on investment strategy, financing, sourcing, underwriting, deal execution, and governance in the UK Group business.
Before joining the Sponsor Group, Christian worked for 10 years at DTZ Investors, a pan-European Real Estate Investment Manager. During his time at DTZ Investors, Christian held numerous roles, concluding as Head of Residential. In this role, Christian was responsible for the launch of a GBP 1 billion co-mingled residential development fund. Christian was also responsible for establishing a residential operating platform and brand to manage the completed assets.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Manchester, and a M.Sc. in Property Investment & Finance from London South Bank University
